Dave Adams - Director & Cinematographer

Dave Adams is a Brooklyn-based documentary and commercial Director/Cinematographer. He started his career working for National Geographic in Washington, DC. His clients include Facebook, Samsung, adidas, IBM, New Balance, National Geographic, Netflix, Universal Music and Huffington Post. He served as cinematographer for the Vimeo Staff Pick short documentary “DCDC” and as the co-director/cinematographer for the feature length investigative documentary “The Wrong Light” (2016).

Matt Cascella - Editor & Story Producer

Matt Cascella became interested in filmmaking at the spry age of twelve, when sports & theater gave him the boot. Cascella received a BFA in film studies at the School of Visual Arts, where his thesis film, This End Up, earned him Best Director. Since then he’s worked as both editor & director for the likes of HBO, National Geographic, The Museum of Modern Art, American Museum of Natural History, Buzzfeed, Vice, CNN, The Huffington Post, Maysles Films, Discovery ID, as well as screening at notable festivals, including Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, & The Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. His credits include the 30 for 30 short I am Yu'pik, ESPN's Emmy-nominated Run Mama Run, and Joel Berlinger's Killing Richard Glossip.

Adam Soltis - Sound Recordist & Assistant Camera

Adam Soltis is a New York City based commercial and documentary sound mixer whose credits include Saturday Night Live, Chevy, ABC, Sprite, adidas. He's boomed everyone from Ice Cube and Natalie Portman to Carly Simon and The Rock.

Renee Woodruff Adams - Producer

Renee Woodruff Adams was college roommates with Mariel at Bowling Green and brought this story to her husband Dave. She's been working in national media ad sales for the past 12 years with companies like Yelp, Yahoo and Groupon. She's a certified Yoga teacher, trained chef and a sounding board for Dave on the film.
